The Game Is Afoot!

Professor Dr. Wissmann and his team of the Archaeological Institute Norman Brenecke (Munich) were on an excavation in Tonga. On the isle of Lifuku they found a hidden cave and in it were seven small statues. Those were posing as football-players and dancers, so that Professor Wissmann came to the conclusion, that we might have to overthink the origins of football.

When he took one of the statues to Sydney to get more information about the year of it's making, his team decrypted the paintings at the cave's walls and got to know, that those statues contain magical powers.

In the last night, the six statues that were still remaining in the cave, have been robbed. And one of Dr. Wissman's team members was gone missing. She may be kidnapped by the robbers.

This is the story of a game, that is currently been played in Germany and makes use of elements, which are often used in Alternate Reality Games. If you want to help out and find those statues, go for it and register yourself on their website. You can build teams of 6 people. Get those statues back.
